h-element\">\n                  <!---->\n                  <!---->\n                  <div class=\"\">\n                    <p>\u200bLe projet GRASP-IT vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration motrice du membre sup\u00e9rieur chez les patients h\u00e9mipl\u00e9giques post-AVC (accident vasculaire c\u00e9r\u00e9bral), en agissant sur la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d&rsquo;imagerie motrice kinesth\u00e9sique (KMI) \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide\n                      d&rsquo;une interface tangible et haptique, int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 un environnement virtuel non immersif gamifi\u00e9, dite Brain-Computer Interface (BCI).<\/p>\n                    <p>Cette BCI innovante bas\u00e9e sur la KMI int\u00e9grera des modalit\u00e9s de stimulations compl\u00e9mentaires (stimulations \u00e9lectriques fonctionnelles, stimulations vibro-tactiles, retours&nbsp;haptiques et tangibles) dans un dispositif imprimable\n                      en 3D. Cette solution permettrait de proposer un programme de r\u00e9\u00e9ducation des accident\u00e9s vasculaires c\u00e9r\u00e9braux plus significatif, engageant et convaincant.<\/p>\n                    <p>La performance, l&rsquo;utilisabilit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;acceptabilit\u00e9 de cette BCI multimodale seront test\u00e9es dans une \u00e9valuation clinique d&rsquo;ampleur aupr\u00e8s de 75 patients h\u00e9mipl\u00e9giques, dans 3 centres de r\u00e9adaptation ou services hospitaliers fran\u00e7ais.\n                      <br>\n                    <\/p>\n                    <p>Ce projet de 4 ans b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera d&rsquo;un consortium interdisciplinaire combinant l&rsquo;expertise de 4 \u00e9quipes de recherche (LORIA\/Neurosys, UL\/Perseus, Inria\/Camin, Inria\/Hybrid) et de 3 centres ou services hospitaliers de m\u00e9decine physique\n                      et de r\u00e9adaptation (IRR\/CMPR Lay-Saint-Christophe, CHU Rennes, CHU Toulouse). <\/p>\n                    <p>Le projet GRASP-IT repr\u00e9sente un d\u00e9fi pour le domaine de l&rsquo;impression 3D industrielle.
