href=\"https:\/\/alchimies.eu\/en\/\" style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\n        <br>\n      <\/a>\n    <\/h2>\n    <p>En cas de d\u00e9faut de paiement total ou partiel des prestations livr\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9ch\u00e9ance, l&rsquo;acheteur doit verser \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 OPEN EDGE une p\u00e9nalit\u00e9 de retard \u00e9gale \u00e0 trois fois le taux de l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat l\u00e9gal.<\/p>\n    <p>Le taux de l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat l\u00e9gal retenu est celui en vigueur au jour de fin des prestations.<\/p>\n    <p>A compter du 1er janvier 2015, le taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat l\u00e9gal sera r\u00e9vis\u00e9 tous les 6 mois (Ordonnance n\u00b02014-947 du 20 ao\u00fbt 2014).<\/p>\n    <p>Cette p\u00e9nalit\u00e9 est calcul\u00e9e sur le montant TTC de la somme restant due, et court \u00e0 compter de la date d&rsquo;\u00e9ch\u00e9ance du prix sans qu&rsquo;aucune mise en demeure pr\u00e9alable ne soit n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n    <p>En sus des indemnit\u00e9s de retard, toute somme, y compris l\u2019acompte, non pay\u00e9e \u00e0 sa date d\u2019exigibilit\u00e9 produira de plein droit le paiement d\u2019une indemnit\u00e9 forfaitaire de 40 euros due au titre des frais de recouvrement.<\/p>\n    <p><em style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Articles 441-10 et D. 441-5 du code de commerce.<\/em><\/p>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div de la clause \u00ab\u00a0Retard de paiement\u00a0\u00bb, l&rsquo;acheteur ne s&rsquo;est pas acquitt\u00e9 des sommes restantes dues, la vente sera r\u00e9solue de plein droit et pourra ouvrir droit \u00e0 l&rsquo;allocation de dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats\n      au profit de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 OPEN EDGE.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-colibri-id=\"1707-c17\" class=\"h-text propri\u00e9t\u00e9<span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(70, 112, 127);\"><br><\/span><\/h2>\n    <p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 OPEN EDGE conserve la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 des biens vendus jusqu&rsquo;au paiement int\u00e9gral du prix, en principal et en accessoires. \u00c0 ce titre, si l&rsquo;acheteur fait l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;un redressement ou d&rsquo;une liquidation judiciaire, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 OPEN EDGE se r\u00e9serve\n      le droit de revendiquer, dans le cadre de la proc\u00e9dure collective, les prestations vendues et rest\u00e9es impay\u00e9es.<\/p>\n n&rsquo;est donn\u00e9 qu&rsquo;\u00e0 titre indicatif et n&rsquo;est aucunement garanti.<\/p>\n    <p>Par voie de cons\u00e9quence, tout retard raisonnable dans la livraison des produits ne pourra
